There are eight habit & lifestyle areas that comprise STICK. You can move through the content one habit per week, or take your time and go at your own pace. You have lifetime access to the course.

Eight live group coaching calls starting as soon as you sign up! You will not do this course on your own. These habits aren't radical, but they are definitely counter-culture. What will help you maintain them are the consistent meetings that allow us to come together in a new, intentional culture that values these behaviors. Capitalism, social media, and the 24-hour news cycle make for a busy, distracted, stressful, indebted way of living. We unwind all that on the live calls. There will be some education, coaching, mindfulness & creative practices, sharing, and epiphanies! Every week ❤️ Most months we also have an expert in their field share their perspective on one of our habits during the live calls.
1:1 coaching (1 session included), an Accountability Partnership or Accountability Triad, weekly group coaching calls, and a community forum (not on Facebook!). This will help to move you past whatever is keeping you stuck. Self-sabotage is a common hurdle in trying to change your behavior and I am skilled in asking the right questions to move you forward. I teach these same techniques to STICK members to use in accountability partnerships, as well. After going through 2 months of STICK Habits, you will get an invitation to join STICK Life, an ongoing support community with deep monthly dives into each habit. Plus, we do a bonus month of Ancestral work each December. STICK Life members are the most experienced and grounded of our community and will be on the live calls, as well as potentially being your accountability partner.
