Absolutely, but it's really difficult to make these changes alone. Doing this with a group provides so much support and keeps you going on those days when you may just skip it if you are by yourself. Plus it's way more fun to play with friends!

We will do this every December. While it's always nice to declutter throughout the year, this will be a chance to make it a fun game with friends and start the new year with a clean slate.
